After talking with J'hon, makes Necra's Locate Corpse miracle start working faster and reworks some of the noise in Locate Corpse to be less about self harm and more about Necra's forgetfulness to be more lore accurate

Why It's Good For The Game

We're a PVE server mostly and this lets Necrans get to enjoy the good things in lyfe, like bringing back the untimely-dead or giving them their proper rest without Necra throwing a lore inaccurate hissy fit that they started looking immediately.
